Astana. June 29. Kazakhstan Today - Today at the plenary session the Senate deputies passed in the second, final reading the law on amendments and additions to the acts concerning simplification of customs and tax procedures, the agency reports. As it was already informed, the bill is developed with the purpose of specification of the competence of the central agency and departments in its structure, improvement of tax and customs procedures in the issues of administration of taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget. The bill considerably simplifies customs procedures regarding crossing customs border of the adjacent states of the goods and vehicles, including the passenger and cargo communications, passing the customs control. The law has been forwarded to the President of the state.
