ASTANA. July 5. KAZINFORM /Dina Yermaganbetova/ “Croatia plans to finance the construction of a number of production facilities in Astana, Kazakhstan”, President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev has said at today’s press conference after the bilateral negotiations with his Croatian counterpart Stjepan Mesic, Kazinform reports. “The heads of the largest Croatian companies who accompany Mr. Mesic in his working trip to Kazakhstan are going to hold talks with the reps of the Kazakh development institutes. I hope they will reach an agreement on construction of the objects in Astana”, the Kazakh leader said. In his turn, Mr. Mesic noted that Croatia was interested in development of business cooperation with Kazakhstan. “We admire economic progress of your country and welcome every opportunity to participate in the construction of various objects in Kazakhstan”, the President of Croatia underlined.
