Astana. July 5. Kazakhstan Today - Today at the plenary Senate session the deputies adopted the law on State Registration of Rights to Real Estate, the agency reports. "The purpose of the bill is improvement of the system of state registration of the rights to real estate," vice Minister of Justice Dulat Kustavletov explained presenting the document to the deputies. The law introduces mandatory registration of the rights to real estate that will allow guaranteeing effective protection of the rights of citizens to real estate. The norms of the law introduce the state monopoly for carrying out of technical inventory.
