Kazakhstan Parliament approved amendment to Code of Administrative Offences
Astana. July 6. Kazakhstan Today - Today at the plenary Senate session the deputies in the second reading passed the law on amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offences, the agency reports.
As it was informed earlier, the introduced amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offences are directed at improvement of the administrative legislation.
The introduced amendments offer to establish new composition of administrative offences: item 158-2 "infringement of duty of keeping confidentiality of pension savings"; item 330-1 "insubordination to legal requirement of a person participating in safeguarding public order "; item 368-1 "infringement of the order of storage, account, use, transportation, destruction, import, export of civil pyrotechnic substances and products"; item 494-1 " infringement of the legislation in the field of communication ".
The law has been forwarded for the signature to the President of the state
