Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan entrepreneurs to promote integration of economy of two Republics
Bishkek. July 12. Kazakhstan Today - The entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan following the results joint business-forum agreed to promote strengthening of integration processes in the economy. The resolution adopted following the results of the forum states, the agency reports.
The Minister of Economic Development and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan Republic Sabyrbek Moldokulov and the Minister of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan Gayle Orazbakov signed the resolution
The parties emphasized that business-forum promotes establishing close contacts of representatives of state structures, business and enterprise circles.
As it was informed earlier business-forum Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan took place on Wednesday in Bishkek. The Prime Ministers of two Republics took part in the work. During the discussion the questions of cooperation in the sphere of economy, problems of creation of joint integrated structures, prospects of mutually advantageous partnership in process industry, fuel and energy complex, financial and tourism spheres were considered.
Last year Kazakhstan invested to Kyrgyzstan $136.8 million direct funds, that is 3.4 times as much compared to last year. Foreign trade turnover between the Republics reached in 2006 $362.4 million that is 24.8 % more than in 2005.
