ALMATY. July 18. KAZINFORM /Yelena Iliinskaya/ The largest Eurasian film festival Eurasia-2007 will be held in Almaty on September 23-29, the organizers of the event – NC Kazakhfilm and Union of the Kazakh Cinematographers under the auspices of the Kazakh Culture and Information Ministry and akimat of the city – have stated at a press conference today, Kazinform reports. Turkey, Bashkortostan, Azerbaijan and Tatarstan have already manifested a desire to participate in the festival. Eurasia-2007 will gather prominent cinematographers, producers and actors from Europe, Asia and the United States. The festival bids fair to be an unforgettable event, a feast of film industry for Kazakhstan and film fans worldwide.
