July 23. Kazakhstan Today - In the Republic the total cost of the legalized property makes 574.2 billion LZT, 54 % of the total legalized property make money. The Chairman of Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance Nurlan Rakhmetov informed today during the selector meeting in the government. "As of July19, property for the sum of 51.6 billion KZT on 480 thousand applications has been legalized through tax bodies. In total in the Republic the cost of the legalized property reaches 574.2 billion KZT, or $4.7 billion. Total sum of the legalized money made 311.2 billion KZT, or $2.5 billion that makes 54 % of all legalized property," N. Rakhmetov said. According to the Ministry of Justice, as of July 19, 1 million 514 thousand applications have been received. As a whole, for July 19, 1 million 392 thousand objects of real estate have been legalized, 992 727 of them - residential, 399 151 - non-residential. Total cost of the legalized real estate makes 214 billion 637 million KZT. In territorial judicial authorities 776 827 legalized objects of real estate have been registered.
