ASTANA. August 10. KAZINFORM – President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed a decree on appointment of Bakhyt Sultanov as Economy and Budget Planning Minister of Kazakhstan, the presidential press service reports. Today in Akorda residence Mr. Nazarbayev gave a series of instructions to the new Minister on realization of the priority directions of the Kazakh economical policy. According to B. Sultanov, the Kazakh Ministry should regulate the planning processes, realizing them within the frame of the administrative and budget reforms.
