ASTANA. August 9. KAZINFORM – Nine documents were signed between the governments and departments of Kazakhstan and Jordan within the frame of the official visit of King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Abdullah II to Kazakhstan.
The governmental agreements on international road transportation, cooperation in the sphere of tourism, cooperation in veterinary, quarantine and plant protection were inked in Astana.
The agriculture ministries of Kazakhstan and Jordan inked a memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the sphere of agriculture.
Education and Science Ministry of Kazakhstan and Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan signed a memorandum of intentions in the sphere of technological and professional education.
The heads of the commerce and industry chambers of the two countries signed an agreement on creation of the Kazakh-Jordanian Business Council.
A memo of understanding was signed between the Kazakh nationwide union of entrepreneurs and employers Atameken and Jordanian Investment Council.
Today, leaders of Kazakhstan and Jordan have signed a joint communique following the results of the talks.
