Kazakh foreign trade turnover made $36.6 bln in the first half of 2007
ASTANA. August 7. KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ - “The foreign trade turnover of Kazakhstan made USD 36.6 bln in the first half of 2007 year”, Vice Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of Kazakhstan Berdibek Saparbayev has said today during the session of the Government of Kazakhstan, Kazinform reports.
The sum of import makes USD 14.8 bln and export – USD 21.8 bln. The volume of import increased by 48.8 per cent in comparison with the correspondent period of 2006.
According to the Minister, the international reserves including National Fund’s means reached USD 40 bln.
