ASTANA. August 7. KAZINFORM – Kazakh exhibition and conference company Expo.kz will hold the Kazakhstan’s Oil and Gas Week Munai-Gas.kz on September 6-7 in Radisson SAS Hotel in Astana. The event will be officially sponsored by the ministries of energy and mineral resources and environmental protection, and Astana akimat. The Kazakhstan’s Oil and Gas Week will consist of three parts: 2nd Kazakhstani Munai-Gas.kz international oil and gas conference; 2nd Kazakhstani Munai-Gas.kz international oil and gas exhibition; annual oil workers’ ball. The purpose of the "Munai-Gas.kz" project is to discuss the strategy of the international energy cooperation in the modern geopolitical environment, definition of domestic fuel and energy complex development prospects, use and reproduction of mineral resources of Kazakhstan and foreign countries; improvement of the international and Kazakhstan oil-and-gas legislation; display and introduction of progressive scientific and technical, technological management and financial solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency and environmental safety of recovery, processing, transportation and sale of oil and gas; investment expansion.
