New Energy Minister of Kazakhstan appointed
ASTANA. August 27. KAZINFORM. /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov has introduced today new Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan Sauat Mynbayev to the staff.
Sauat Mynbayev, 1962, is a graduate of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1988 completed the postgraduate studies defending the doctoral dissertation.
On 1998 the Kazakh President decreed his appointment as Finance Minister. During the period of 1999-2001 acted as Agriculture Minister.
June 2003 appointed deputy PM of Kazakhstan, in the year of 2004 nominated deputy PM-Industry and Trade Minister.
Since February 2006 Mynbayev is in charge of Samruk Holding.
