ASTANA. August 27. KAZINFORM. Agriculture Minister of Kazakhstan Akhmetzhan Yessimov held talks with the delegation of the Islamic Reconstruction and Development Bank, led by its vice president Amadou Boubacar Cisse, the Ministry’s press service informs. In the course of the meeting the sides debated prospects for further cooperation of the Ministry and Islamic Development Bank. To date the Kazakh Agriculture Ministry and Islamic Development Bank implement a joint project on water service in some rural settlements of Karaganda oblast. According to Amadou Boubacar Cisse, the Bank is ready to carry out similar projects in other regions of Kazakhstan. Highlighting the priority of the development of stock-raising sector of Kazakhstan, the Minister stated the cooperation in the development of “Halal” standard production is the most promising trend.
