ASTANA. September 4. KAZINFORM /Aigul Turysbekova/ - “Construction of five cement plants started in Kazakhstan’s regions. Currently annual production of cement in the country is 5 million tons”, deputy chairman of the construction committee of the Kazakh Industry and Trade Ministry Nikolai Tikhonyuk stated at the press conference devoted to KazBuild 2007 exposition opening in Almaty on Tuesday.He informed that demand for cement increased due to the rapid development of construction and use of cement for roads construction.
