Andar Shukputov elected Batys chairman
Astana. October 9. Kazakhstan Today - The decree on appointment of Andar Shukputov for the post of the chairman of the social-entrepreneurial corporation Batys was accepted at the government session today, the agency reports.
The text of the decree was read by vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Umirzak Shukeev. "The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan along with the Committee for state property and privatization are charged to provide appointment of the chairman of the board of the social-entrepreneurial corporation Batys Andar Shukputov." Andar Shukputov is of 1958 year of birth. Until now he worked as the extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Azerbaijan Republic.
In his turn, Andar Shukputov promised to use all reasonable efforts so that the social-entrepreneurial corporation Batys has occupied a worthy place in realization of important and serious objectives facing the institute."
The members of the cabinet voted unanimously for the governmental decree.
As it was informed earlier, the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the decree on creation of three socially-enterprise corporations - Caspian Sea, Tobol and Batys.
