Government not to subsidize banks - Prime Minister
Astana. October 18. Kazakhstan Today - The Kazakhstan government is not planning to subsidize banks of the second level. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov stated on Wednesday at the plenary Majilis session.
"We do not help banks so that they pay off under their obligations," the Prime Minister said.
"The banks ceased to finance the economy, the banks cease to finance construction sector as well as small and medium enterprises. Our objective - to help them so that the economy develops," K. Masimov explained.
