Each minister, each chairman of the state body should take all necessary measures for achievement of the set objectives," N. Nazarbayev said. The President of the state emphasized that in connection with the constitutional amendments, Kazakhstan changed to presidential-parliamentary system of governing, where the government personally bears the responsibility for realization of the program approved by the Parliament. "Responsibility of each member of the government and as a whole of the government will be personal. At the same time, I consider that the government as a whole works professionally, the staff is prepared and in the future no replacements of the members of the government is expected," the President concluded.
