Samruk undergone personnel rearrangements
Astana. November 20. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan holding on management of the state assets Samruk has undergone personnel rearrangements, the agency reports referring to the press service of the state holding.
According to the press service, the chairman of the board Kanat Bozumbayev presented the collective new adviser Marlen Iskakov, having characterized him as the knowledgeable financier having good education and working experience in the state bodies.
Earlier, M. Iskakov worked as the chairman of the Board of Directors of the investment fund Abadan Investments.
M. Iskakov graduated from the Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi. He received the Bachelor degree of the University of Florida, USA.
"He began his working carrier in the legal company Parker and Johnson. Since 1996 he worked in official bodies - as vice chairman of the press service of the President of Kazakhstan, the Director of the Department of International Taxation, the chairman of the Department of Social and Economic Analysis of the president's administration, the chairman of tax committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan, the holding informed.
The new Director of the Department of Strategy and Corporate Management of the holding, Gennady Komarov, has been presented to the collective.
"G. Komarov occupied the supervising posts in the Committee for State Property and Privatization of Akmola oblast and supervised the work on management of the state share holdings and participation of the state in development of enterprises," the holding noted.
Since 2006 he has been vice-president for corporate development of company Kazakhstan engineering.
