Tax services of Kazakhstan and Italy signed joint Communique
Astana. November 26. Kazakhstan Today - The Tax committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan and the Italian Financial Guard signed joint Communique today, the agency reports.
"From year to year foreign trade turnover between our countries increases, communications between the enterprises of our countries grow, and consequently it is very important for us, tax services of two countries, to cooperate in the issues of tax control. If we do not cooperate, the budgets of our countries will lose money," the chairman of Tax committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan Nurlan Rakhmetov said.
According to the press release of Tax Committee of Finance Ministry, the Tax Committee plans to carry out cooperation with the Italian Financial Guard by concluding the Agreement on information interchange, Agreements on mutual training and carrying out of annual bilateral meetings.
According to the Ministry of Finance, commodity turnover between Kazakhstan and Italy made $6.5 billion that makes 11.4 % off the general commodity turnover of Kazakhstan for 9 months of 2007. Thus, the share of export made $5.6 billion, import - $0.9 billion.
More than 100 joint Kazakhstan-Italian enterprises are registered in Kazakhstan.
