Masimov held session on modernization of Kazakhstan economy
Astana. November 27. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov held the session of the State Commission on the issues of modernization of economy of Kazakhstan with participation of akims of Astana and oblasts in Ukimet Uiy, the agency reports referring to the press service of prime minister of Kazakhstan.
According to the press service, "with the view of execution of the assignments of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev given at the last session of the Security Council, the members of the State Commission considered specific mechanisms of participation of local agencies in realization of the objectives on increase of volumes of crediting of subjects of small business and support of the construction market with the purpose of protection of the rights of shareholders in all the regions of the country."
The scheme of financing of projects of small business has been stated by local agencies at the session. The press service informed, "the means in the form of credits will be provided to small business development fund and will be placed through filial network of the banks of the second level, defined by the State commission for concrete subjects of small business."
To regulate the duties of each of the parties the akimats, branches of small business development fund and the banks of the second level will sign cooperation agreement.
The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan will visit each region for personal inspection of the process.
