President signed amendments to Customs Code
Astana. November 28. Kazakhstan Today - The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the law on amendments to the Customs Code, the agency reports referring to the president's press service. As it was informed earlier, the law was accepted by Parliament on November 8.
The introduced amendments exclude from the Customs Code sub item 7, item 1, clause 316, paragraph 5 of sub item 1, clause 383. The authors of the bill - the group of parliament deputies explained that realization of separate norms of the clause 316 - documents for confirmation of the declared customs cost and clauses 383 - the documents according to the requirements of the chosen customs modes of the Customs Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan cause impracticable conditions and complicate customs registration of the goods imported to Kazakhstan.
