Astana. December 14. Kazakhstan Today - Ablezov Karybay has been appointed vice Minister of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan by the governmental decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan. Ablezov Karybay Tleubergenovich was born in 1961. In 1983 he graduated from The Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Candidate of Technical Sciences. He worked as the General Director of the company Tar (Karaganda), akim of the region M. Zhumabayev of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast. Since 2007 he was vice President of the board of the national company Sary Arka.
