Kazakhstan Today - The chairman of the Agency for Public Service Affairs and the Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Germany have been appointed by the decree of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, the agency reports referring to the president's press service. According to the press service, Gabidulla Abdrakhimov has been appointed the chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Public Service Affairs, who earlier held the post of the first vice president of the Agency. "Nurlan Onzhanov has been appointed the Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary Ambassador of the Republic Kazakhstan to the Federal Republic Germany," the press service informs.
