Samruk Board of Directors names new chief of Kazakhstan engineering JSC
ASTANA. February 8. KAZINFORM – Today Kazakhstan’s holding on state assets management Samruk JSC held a sitting of the Board of the Directors. By the Board’s decision Almas Kossunov was appointed as a president of the national company Kazakhstan engineering JSC; Kazinform has learnt from the holding’s press service.
Kazakhstan engineering JSC is a state enterprise. In accordance with the Government’s decree as of October 24 of 2006, state block of shares of the company was transferred to the authorized capital of Samruk Holding.
The company including 26 enterprises was founded in April 2003 as a state structure for the provision of a single economic and production policy of the large military-industrial enterprises. Priority objective is attraction of new technologies and investments into the branch.
