Astana. January 28. Kazakhstan Today - Two working groups for control of construction of objects of the state housing programme have been created in Astana. Vice Prime Minister Umirzak shukeev informed today at the selector government meeting, the agency reports. "We created in Astana two working groups, one them them will be headed by akim of Astana Askar Mamin and another will be headed by the Minister of Industry and Commerce Galym Orazbakov," U. Shukeev informed. "The working groups will supervise the schedule of construction, financing of construction from banks of the second level, allocation of finances by the banks of the second level from Kazyna and the schedule of capitalization of building objects," he explained.
