They come to Kazakhstan to work on our earth, they should be kind enough to incur the obligation to annually prepare 100 - 200 people abroad in their companies," the President said. "At the session of the political council I expressed the opinion that it is necessary to generate a group of young men - 200 - 300 people including grant-aided students of Bolashak program to prepare purposefully as a personnel reserve for high state posts," the President reminded.
