State program on development of space activity realized inefficiently - Accounts Committee
Astana. January 31. Kazakhstan Today - The state program - Development of Space Activity in Kazakhstan for 2005 - 2007 was realized inefficiently, the agency reports referring to press service of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.
According to the press service, during realization of the state program budgetary funds - more than 16 billion KZT has been used inefficiently. Following the results of the inspection, return of the funds made more than 1.2 billion KZT.
According to the Accounts Committee, the state standards and specifications regulating the process of manufacturing and use of space technology have not been developed.
The Accounts Committee concluded that only 28.9 billion KZT was spent out of 62.8 billion KZT allocated by the state program.
