Prime Minister charged to continue work on improvement of education system
Astana. February 1. Kazakhstan Today - It is necessary to continue the work on improvement of the education system. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov said today at the session of the Ministry of Education and Sciences, the agency reports.
Speaking of quality of vocational training, the Prime Minister noted, "this is a weak link in the country." "Rapid development of industry, development of our economy has shown this gap, that we lack highly skilled experts in agriculture and industry," he emphasized.
In the sphere of preschool education, in prime minister's opinion, "it is necessary to develop a reasonable combination of state financing and social responsibility of business."
As a whole, according to K. Masimov, the system of local education "has big progress".
