Astana. February 4. Kazakhstan Today - Interdistrict economic court of the Karaganda oblast refused ArcelorMittal Temirtau in satisfaction of their claim to appeal the results of tax checks, a source in the Ministry of Finance informed the agency on Friday. "Tax Committee of Temirtau along with Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance carried out inspection of ArcelorMittal Temirtau Company," the source informed. "Following the results of the check, sum of taxes has been added. Having disagreed with the claims of the tax bodies, ArcelorMittal Temirtau Company appealed against the results of tax inspection in specialized interdistrict economic court of the Karaganda oblast," he added. "According to the decision of the specialized interdistrict economic court dated February 1, 2008 satisfaction of the claim requirements of ArcelorMittal Temirtau Company was not granted," the source informed.
