Astana. February 13. Kazakhstan Today - The deposits withdrawn from subsoil users not executing their obligations are necessary to transfer to Kazakhstan Social- Enterprising Corporations, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov said on Tuesday at the government session, the agency reports. "The leader of the state in his Message states specific assignments regarding subsoil users. We can cancel the contracts with those who do not execute their contract obligations, according to the legislation," K. Masimov reminded. "The second question that the leader of the state has charged the government in the Message is the issue of plots of land. Those who has bought the plot, not observing all the necessary requirements or not executing those or other obligations, should return it. Social-Enterprising Corporations is the institution that can appropriately take charge of this land," the Prime Minister continued. "Therefore, I made a decision on creation of two working groups concerning subsoil users and land plots," he said. The Prime Minister appointed the head of both groups - his assistant Umirzak Shukeev.
