KAZINFORM – Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev appointed Rakhat Aliyev as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Austrian Republic, Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan by the international organizations in Vienna and relieved him of duties of the first Vice Foreign Affairs Minister of Kazakhstan; Kazinform has learnt from the Presidential press service.
