Almaty. February 15. Kazakhstan Today - New chairman of the National Scientific and Technical Holding Samgau has been appointed, the agency reports referring to the president's press service. According to the press service, yesterday the leader of the state Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the decree on appointment of Serik Burkitbayev for the post of the chairman of the board of the National Scientific-Technological Holding Samgau. Serik Burkitbayev was dismissed yesterday from the post of the assistant to the President of Kazakhstan by the decree of the leader of the state. As it was informed earlier, the National Scientific-Technological Holding Samgau Company was created and put into operation by the decree of the president on April 6, 2007. The state holding was created with a view of creation of favorable conditions for effective scientific-technological development of the state.
