Georgia interested in importing Kazakhstan grain
Astana. February 19. Kazakhstan Today - The Georgian party expressed interest in deliveries of the Kazakhstan grain at the meeting of the Ministers of Agriculture of Georgia Petre Tsiskarishvili and Kazakhstan Akhmetzhan Esimov, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan on Monday.
"Petre Tsiskarishvili noted that annual consumption of flour in Georgia made nearly 800 thousand tons, 80 % of this volume is imported. A. Esimov stated that Kazakhstan will be ready to consider Georgia as a constant consumer of production of the agrarian industry," the press service informed.
During the talks the Ministers of Agriculture of two countries discussed prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation.
