Earlier he held the post of the head of information-analytical center of the president's administration. The President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the decree, the president's press service informed. Y. Bayzhanov headed the information-analytical center of the administration of the president from the beginning of 2006. Earlier he held the post of the first Vice Minister of Culture, Information and Sports.
