KAZINFORM – By the Presidential decree Yerzhan Kazykhanov was relieved of his duties of the Permanent Representative by the UN and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Cuba and appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan; Kazinform refers to the Presidential press service. Dulat Kuanyshev was relieved of his position of the Kazakh Ambassador to Austria and Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan by the international organizations in Vienna, Ambassador to Slovenia and Croatia.
