Kazakhstan state bodies, General Electric signed memorandum of cooperation
Astana. February 22. Kazakhstan Today - The Kazakhstan state bodies and General Electric International signed memorandum of cooperation on Thursday, the agency reports.
The President and GE Executive Director Ferdinando Bekkali, the chairman of Samruk Holding Kanat Bozumbayev, vice chairman of the Fund of Steady Development Kazyna Kayrat Aytekenov, Vice Minister Public Health Services Kadyr Omarov, the chairman of the Committee for Communications of the Ministry of Transport and Communications Marat Orazbekov signed the document.
According to the press release widespread by Samruk Holding, the memorandum assumes cooperation of the parties in such spheres as extraction, transportation, oil and gas refining, production of electric power, bioenergy, ecologically pure kinds of energy, interaction in the sphere of energy economy, mining industry, metallurgy and metal processing, processing of uranium and atomic engineering, finance and investment management, development of transport infrastructure and production of machines, hydro infrastructure. The parties will work on definition and realization of export opportunities of the Kazakhstan industry, development of investments and commercially significant technologies in Kazakhstan, the message states.
