Commission for corruption struggle session took place for first time in 2008
Astana. February 22. Kazakhstan Today - The session of the commission for struggle against corruption at the president of Kazakhstan took place for the first time in 2008 in Akorda on Thursday under the presidency of the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanat Saudabayev, the main leitmotif of which is development of practical steps for realization of the recent assignments of the President of the country on all-round strengthening of struggle against corruption, the agency reports referring to the president's press service.
According to the press service, following the results of the session, the commission recommended to the corresponding state bodies to develop effective mechanisms of cooperation with Public Councils of the National Democratic Party Nur Otan, nongovernmental organizations and political parties.
It was also recommended to create uniform telephone hotline on the territory of Kazakhstan that will enable the citizens of the country to inform of any facts of corruption.
