Astana. February 26. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan plans to increase extraction of gas from about 29.6 billion cubic meters in 2007 up to 114 billion cubic meters in 2020. The chairman of the National Company KazMunayGas Uzakbay Karabalin informed today at the government session. "According to the forecast, extraction of crude gas will increase," U. Karabalin said. Thus, manufacture of commodity gas will grow from 12.9 billion cubic metres in 2007 up to 30 billion in 2020." According to the forecasts, it is expected that consumption of gas will increase in Kazakhstan from about 13.3 billion cubic meters in 2007 up to 18.7 billion in 2020," he noted. According to U.
