The Minister of Industry and Commerce Vladimir Shkolnik said on Monday during the expanded meeting of the Prime Minister with the representatives of small and medium enterprises, the agency reports.
"The analysis of the regional programs on support of business has shown that they do not have sufficient financing provided. In 2007 the regional programs planned 1 billion 538 million KZT, but financed only 299 million KZT," V. Shkolnik said.
