Kazakhstan government allocates 59 bln KZT for housing construction in Almaty

Astana. March 14. Kazakhstan Today - The government of Kazakhstan allocates 59 billion KZT for completion of housing construction with participation of share holders in Almaty, the agency reports referring to the prime minister's press service. According to the press service, the parties considered the questions of realization of measures on stabilization of the housing market in Almaty at the next 19th session of the State commission for modernization of economy taken place on Thursday under the presidency of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov. "The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan, akimat of Almaty and Kazyna Company defined the list of objects of construction, which need additional crediting. 22 housing complex (131 houses) of the total area of 942.7 thousand square meters with participation of 3253 share holders were included into the list. The fund of the state support at the rate of 59 billion KZT will be allocated for this purpose on a recurrent basis," the message of the press service of the government informs. Kazyna Company in a month will conclude the agreement on urgent bank deposit with the second-tier banks participating in the Agreement on partnership and along with akimat of Almaty will provide target use of the allocated resources for financing of the construction objects. The members of the State commission for modernization of economy of Kazakhstan approved the proposals on stabilization of the housing market in Almaty.
