Astana. March 21. Kazakhstan Today - Special representative of the President of Kazakhstan has been appointed in Baikonur complex, the agency reports referring to president's press service. "Akim of Kyzylorda oblast Kul-Muhammed Muhtar Abraruly has been appointed special representative of the President of Kazakhstan in Baikonur complex by the decree of the leader of the state," the press service informs.
