Kulekeev was appointed to the post of the chairman of Kazakhstan temir zholy on May 28, 2007. As it was informed earlier, the first vice chairman of Kazakhstan temir zholy Kazhimurat Nagmanov has been appointed the acting chairman of the company by the decision of the operating company Samruk holding, the agency reports referring to the press service of the company. Kazakhstan temir zholy draws attention of mass media and the public that the work of the national company proceeds in the usual mode. The company carries out its work providing transportation of cargoes and transportation of passengers. According to the initial plans, the programs of development approved by the operating company Samruk holding and the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been realized. Financial police agency has officially informed of the arrest of the chairman of the company who is now being under investigation.
