Introduction of export customs rate for oil not deteriorate investment climate in Kazakhstan - Ministry of Finance
Astana. April 9. Kazakhstan Today - Introduction of the export customs rate for oil should not deteriorate investment climate in Kazakhstan, the Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan Bolat Zhamishev considers.
He considers that introduction of the export customs duties will not lead to reduction of volume of export. "Export duty - not only a fiscal tool, but is the tool of commercial policy. It creates some stimuli to sell in the domestic market, but the home market is limited by the capacities of the existing factories, therefore, we can not speak about overproduction now, even though these factories work at full capacity," he explained.
