Nurali Aliyev appointed Nurbank Vice Chairman
Almaty. February 28. Kazakhstan Today - Nurali Aliyev has been appointed the first Vice Chairman of Nurbank, the bank press service informed the agency.
On January 15, 2007 the shareholders of the bank decided to approve N. Aliyev a member of the board of directors at the extraordinary general meeting of the company.
Nurbank is one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan. According to nonconsolidated financial accounting published in the Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), net profit of the company in the beginning of 2007 has made 2.015.809 thousand KZT, actives - 205.486.069 thousand KZT, liabilities - 181.172.874 thousand KZT. The bank capital has reached 24.313.195 thousand KZT including authorized capital - 14.994.000 thousand KZT.
As of November 1, 2006 Nurbank had 15 branches and 22 additional premises in all regional centers of the Republic.
The actions and bonds of the company are traded in the official KASE list of category A.
