Almaty. November 4. Kazakhstan Today - Almaty retail commodity turnover in September in comparison with August has grown by 1.5 %. The analysis of consumer ability of population and monetary turnover in large trade enterprises of the city were conducted by the Department of Business and Industry of Almaty, the agency reports referring to the press service of akim of the city. According to the press service, commodity turnover grew in October. "Basically increase of demand has been registered in trade enterprises with the moderate commercial policy, such as Magnum and Arzan, and in trading houses and centers that provide discounts," the press release informs. "According to the survey of trade enterprises, consumer demand in hypermarkets with high prices has decreased connected with the population's decrease of expenses," the message states.
