Kazakhstan to import to Tajikistan grain and petroleum products for $12 million
Dushanbe. January 8. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan will import to Tajikistan grain and petroleum products for $12 million to pay public debt, the Ministry of Finance of Tajikistan informed, the agency reports citing Asia Plus.
"Kazakhstan, to pay its public debt to Tajikistan, $12 million, will import wheat to Tajikistan - $5 million, $4 million - diesel fuel and $3 million - black oil," the Ministry of Finance of Tajikistan informed.
The decision on payment of the state debt was made during the meeting of the Presidents of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, and Emomali Rahmon, taken place during the informal summit in Kazakhstan on December 19-21st, 2008.
