Nurbank shareholders to increase authorized capital
Almaty. March 15. Kazakhstan Today - The shareholders of Nurbank company at the general meeting made the decision to increase the authorized capital of the bank for the sum of approximately 30 billion KZT, the bank press service informed the agency.
According to the press service, the bank shares will be completely placed within 2007. The Chairman of Nurbank Gulmira Dzhumadillayeva noted that in the near future after carrying out of all necessary legal procedures, the authorized capital of the bank will be increased by more than 11 billion KZT. The shares are planned to be distributed among existing shareholders.
As it was informed earlier, Nurbank is one of the ten largest banks in Kazakhstan. As of February 1, 2007 the bank shares reached 219.573.059 thousand KZT, liabilities - 195.149.188 thousand KZT. The capital of the company totals 24.423.871 thousand KZT, including the authorized capital - 15 billion KZT.
The meeting of the bank shareholders took place on February 27, 2007.
