ALMATY. March 15. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ - The 2nd Kazakhstan’s international conference New technique and technologies of oil and gas processing in Kazakhstan has been opened today by the Kazakh Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry in Almaty. The forum represents a definite step on the way to realization of the Kazakh President’s Message to the Nation as of February 28. One of the general tasks of the conference is to attract modern technologies and the best patterns of world practice of oil and gas processing industry to Kazakhstan. Representatives of the leading world and Kazakh companies, institutes and oil processing plants including KazMunaiGaz JSC, Gazprom JSC, PetroKazakhstan Oil Products, General Electrics, Aspen Tech and others took part in the event. Roundtables on such themes as application of new equipment and technologies in oil and gas processing branch in Kazakhstan, realization of a complex general plan on creation of petrochemical production in the country and introduction of international technologies into the Kazakhstani petro-chemistry will be held within the framework of the conference.
