According to him, country has the political will to support the businesses and, consequently, on the part of businesses there is the desire to justify the confidence. Alongside, some businessmen use the President’s moratorium on audit of small and medium businesses to avoid tax and pensions payment. «We consider such actions do not conform with the spirit of cooperation and social responsibility of entrepreneurs», A.
