Chairman of the Board of SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund Kairat Kelimbetov has announced it at the National Business Forum Autumn 2009. According to him, there are many examples for it. In particular, the Government expects that rates of industrial production will be restored till the end of the year. "The Government expects positive economic growth.
